RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase before you contact us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

* Unfortunately, all digital files are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

 

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Products with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at kasakasauk@gmail.com.

 

Sale and discounted items:

Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they’re damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at kasakasauk@gmail.com for information on how to exchange your product

Delivery options and estimated timeframes:

 

UK:
Express UK delivery: estimated 1-2 working days
Standard UK delivery: estimated 3-5 working days

Europe & Rest of the World:
Europe: estimated 5-7 working days
USA & Canada: estimated 6-10 working days
Australia: estimated 7-10 working days
Rest of the world: estimated 7-15 working days

Shipping:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping/delivery costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/delivery will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you’re shipping any items over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

 

Customs:
We are not be liable for any customs charges for orders shipped outside the UK. As our company is based in the UK, we won’t be taking any international orders over the amount of £190 for the meantime due to Brexit.
